700 Series Kingsdown Mattress is Making Our Back Pain Worse.

Hi Pete,
My husband and I built a new house a few years ago, and wanted a new mattress for our master bedroom. 
We went to a furniture store that was going out of business, and we bought The 700 Series Kingsdown mattress. 
It's the worse mattress we have ever owned. We both have back injuries and this mattress makes our pain worse. 
What, if anything, can we do about this purchase.
