Simmons Beautyrest Hospitality Hotel Mattress.

I have recently slept on a Simmons Beautyrest Hospitality Collection mattress, and had some of the best night sleeps I've had in a long time. 
Is there a difference between hotel mattresses and those you buy retail? 
I am considering buying the hotel version, but it is a bit expensive. 
Shopping for a mattress has become overwhelming and confusing. 
My current mattress is ten years old and has sagged significantly, leading to aches and pains in the morning. 
Should I buy the same hotel mattress that I enjoyed or is there an equivalent retail version?
