Simmons Beautyrest Mattress and Latex Topper Recommendation.

I'm interested in a new Beautyrest queen set.
I am a side sleeper with back, hip and shoulder issues :(
Is there a mattress you recommend as being the best choice as well as not too firm?
The Costco Sealy mattress I've owned for too many years has had it.
It has developed bad sagging and a hump in the center. 
I'm thinking of adding a 2-3" latex topper as well.
I am 6' 170 lbs. and my wife is 5'3" 120 lbs.
