A Mattress like the Sealy Posturepedic Encore Hotel Model.

I am looking for a new mattress.
But, I am allergic to the components of many mattresses on the market.  
I recently had an extended stay at a Courtyard Hotel.
They used a Sealy Posturepedic Encore Ultra Plush and it felt fine.  
There was no tag on the mattress.
Would you be able to tell me what it's made of, and if there is a way to purchase this model?
And if not, something with the same contents?

Many of today’s mattresses are made with memory foam, which consists of 61 different chemicals...many, of which, are toxic...like formaldehyde and benzene...just to name two of the more toxic ones.
The older Sealy Posturepedic had no memory foam in it.
But, now that Sealy is owned by Tempurpedic, everything made by Sealy, today, is upholstered with that toxic memory foam.

We specialize in products that contain no memory foam.
We carry an old fashioned two sided mattress that uses the same upholstery that was used in that older Sealy Posturepedic Encore...simple polyurethane...which had been the primary foam used by all manufacturers from the 1970s...until after the turn of the century, when memory foam came along.

I suggest using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
