Request for Mattress recommendation.

Hi Paul,
A mattress is an upholstered product. and as such, is pressure sensitive.
That is to say, the life you get out of it will, in large part, depend on the weight you place upon it.
At your sizes, I would not recommend the Wolf products, which I consider to be the best for the least amount of money.
The coil counts are are much lower than the mattress you really should consider.

Your best choice is the Natura of Canada Greenspring.
Not only is there a lot more coils, but those coils are made of double tempered steel. Both brands use latex and contain no memory foam, but the Natura has more latex.

There are 5 models in that line...all, of which, provide firm support.
Because the components are of such high quality, none of them are as soft as they sound.
For instance:
The Firm model is hard.
The Plush model is firm
The Ultra Plush has a medium feel.

Given your wife's size and age, you'll want a mattress that will best cushion her hips....assuming she's a side sleeper. (As most women tend to be}.
The Plush EuroTop model is the most comfortable of the 5...still providing the firm support you want.
These mattresses, while more expensive initially, will end up being the least expensive of the life of the mattress, as they tend to last a very long time...a lot longer than the Wolf and infinitely longer than any of the name brands.
