I purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper plush pillowtop mattress in April of last year and now have a 2 inch plus hole (body impression?) in the bed. 
They are going to replace it (not that I want another Serta, but...),

Would this be a good approach (rather than buying a new mattress). I like firm, but need the softness for my Sciatica.
