It's important to provide your mom with the same type of support that she's been used to.
At 90, she isn't very flexible. To put her on a mattress that has a different type of support system, will surly be painful.
Your options are:
A Simmons Beautyrest. But, today's Beautyrests are made nearly as well as her old one. And the memory foam upholstery, of which she has none now, will also create pain for her.
On the plus side, a Simmons Beautyrest comes with White Glove delivery, which includes removal of the old mattress.

The mattress I have in mind, also uses a pocketed coil unit for the same type of support she has now.
The upholstery is all natural latex...which provides excellent comfort...without being too soft.
These two models...Adrian and Adara...are basically the same. The small difference in price is due to the Adara model using all natural materials.
