Looking for an old fashioned mattress with NO Memory Foam and no gel.

My wife and I got married and we discovered we have a problem. The Memory foam topper on my Sealy caused her to have terrible night sweats. 
So we went to an organic mattress dealer and they sold us on a high tech gel memory foam mattress (Serenity Gel) that they promised would not cause problems. 
It is comfortable, and cooler than the Sealy but overheating is still a problem. 
We need to replace the thing after only six months and we want the old style mattress with no memory foam, no gel, no nothing but what one might have found in a mattress 15 years ago. 
Is there a showroom in the San Francisco Bay Area? We need a traditional solution fast.

Hi Alan,
Memory foam sleeps hot, as you know. Gel was added to it to mitigate the heat. 
The BS with the gel is, that it works for only a few hours...at which time, it reaches a saturation point and you're back to sleeping hot. 
Going back 15 years, mattresses were upholstered with polyurethane foam, which does not have a heat problem.
