How often do you rotate a mattress with a latex topper?

Hi Deanna,

Ideally, you rotate a one sided mattress every month for the first year and every three months thereafter.

However, the latex topper absorbs a lot of your body weight, making rotating the mattress so frequently, less critical.

Your old boxspring can be a bit of a worry, as they do tend to develop weak spots that the mattress will conform to.

A layer of plywood between the mattress and boxspring will diffuse these weak spots, providing better support for your mattress.
