Tempurpedic Memory Foam vs EverEden All Latex Mattress.

I have a slight pelvic torque and sharp pain between shoulder blades, which sometimes extends to my subocciptal area and jaw.  
I use an expensive Technogel pillow that seems to provide some relief.  However, I have a cheap coil mattress that seems to sag in the middle slightly, even after just one year of use.

I am thinking about splurging on a Tempurpedic mattress, which I really enjoyed in the mattress shop yesterday.  
However, given what I read online, maybe a latex mattress is better.  I am 5'9 150, pretty lean.  I'm 43 and my body is getting more aches and pains these days than before. 
Would a latex mattress work better than a Tempurpedic mattress?  Would a latex topper on my current mattress work?

Hi Matt,
A very bad choice is the toxic chemical laden memory foam, used in a Tempurpedic mattress.
A mediocre choice would be the latex topper on a saggy mattress. The latex topper will give you more cushion, but you'll still have a sagging mattress. 
This does not fix your lack of support problem.

Best choice is an all latex mattress, which does everything the Tempurpedic claims it will do, does it better and last a whole lot longer.
All natural latex is chemical free...all, without costing nearly as much. 
Latex has been the best upholstery material available since the 1920s. Tempurpedic has been the pretender for the past 20 years with millions spent to hype it. 
Simply put, the difference between All-Natural and Tempurpedic's memory foam is the the difference between the best and the worst. 
When you say, "Splurge", I hear, "Throw away".
