Simmons Beautyrest Black Hybrid mattresses for Fibromyalgia, Back and Neck Pain

Hi Pete,
I've been reading your posts about various brands of mattresses. I would like your thoughts on the Simmons Beautyrest Black Hybrid mattresses.
Specifically the Jennings in queen plush which I was told has double pocketed coil system as well as several layers of memory foam. 
It's supposed to be top of the line in their new Black Hybrid series. 
I want to use an adjustable base for head & neck elevation, since I have some medical issues, including fibro, back and neck pain. 
I'm average weight...small frame woman.

Hi Jean,
Memory foam is the worst upholstery material ever invented.
It will make all your physical ailments worse.

Not right away, of course, but in about a few months after purchase.
Not only does memory foam wear poorly, it sleeps hot.
It's a total waste of money.

Hi Jean,
It's not the mattress for anyone.
All of the name brand mattresses are loaded with memory foam.
If you want a successful long term purchase, memory foam is thee thing to avoid.
Pillowtops, too.

So, Pete, what would you recommend? 
This is going to be the last mattress that I'm ever going to buy.  Should I be looking at Latex? 
I need support underneath but not hard as well as not feeling like I'm sinking in on top where it's too soft. 
The pillow top mattress that I have now is so wobbly and I have a 2 inch layer foam on top of it..it's old.

I just got out of hospital with pneumonia. I sleep..actually don't sleep..on a wedge with 2 or 3 pillows on top..practically sitting up. 
My back & neck are in dire pain.

If you had purchased what you showed me, you'd have everything you said you don't want, AND, you'd be replacing it in 4-5 years...if that.

It is very nice....and, extremely well made.
The components are of the highest quality.
Both, the twice tempered pocketed coils and the natural Talalay Latex, are more resilient than the materials used in the mattresses you've been trying.
