Hi Rick,
The Rose Series Stearns & Foster models are quite a few years old, and I no longer have the list of specifications.
However, the materials used are listed by their percentage on the white label that's sewn into one of the seams at the head of your mattress.
If you're shopping for something similar among today's S&F mattresses, you'd be wasting your time.
Tempurpedic bought Sealy and S&F in 2013. As of 2014, everything they make is loaded with memory foam.
Memory foam is the worst upholstery material ever invented for this purpose.
It doesn't perform well, and is also a health hazard...off gassing the toxic chemicals from which it's made.
If you are shopping for a mattress, avoid memory foam....aka visco or visco-elastic foam.
