Yes. It sags. All plush pillowtops sag. The first thing to begin showing body impressions is the pillowtop part of the mattress.
If you substitute a layer of soft latex for the pillowtop, it will be more comfortable over a much longer time.
Latex is extremely resilient and will keep its shape well for many years.
I suggest going with a Sealy Posturepedic without a pillowtop and add the Ever-Eden 2" Soft Talalay Latex Mattress Topper...shown here:
