Much has changed in the Sealy line, since Tempurpedic bought them 3 years ago.
There is a small segment of the line that has remained untouched, which is where you'll find what you want.
To shop for it locally, ask for a Classic Posturepedic, Level A-3, In a firm pillowtop.
This is internal information, so you'll likely need to speak to the manager, since most salespeople aren't given this kind of information and won't know what you're talking about.
To make this easy for you, I have a friend who carries them, and here is a link to that mattress, where you can order online, if you wish.

If you go with this model, you can add a 2" Soft Talalay Latex topper to it...in lieu of the pillowtop.
Latex is the best upholstery material available...best for comfort and durability. This has been true for the last 100 years.
