I have a couple of mattresses that are both, comfortable and well made enough for a man your size.
Least expensive, is the Wolf Latex/Hybrid Adrian.

This mattress arrives via Fedex. The video at the top of that page shows the delivery.
The other is the one my wife and I sleep on....with each of us in the 225 lb range.

Don't let the term "Ultra Plush" throw you. It's nowhere near as soft as it sounds. Latex provides a more substantial feel than other foams.
The feel of this mattress is one that is not too soft and not too firm. We find it quite comfy.
This mattress comes with white glove delivery, which includes set-up, but they will not remove the old mattress.
Either way, delivery is free and there's no sales tax.
