The Natura Greenspring Liberty in Ultra Plush is the mattress I would recommend for you.
My wife and I have this mattress and we like it very much.
It uses the same pocketed coil sytem as the Simmons Beautyrest, but with a higher coil count than the World Class and with the steel being double tempered.
It's upholstered with natural Talalay latex. There is no memory foam in this mattress.
Don't let the "Ultra Plush" designation throw you. Latex is far more resilient than other foam, which means that the feel isn't nearly as soft as it sounds.
It is, however, comfortable and suitable for any sleeping position.
