In looking for the name of the mattress at the La Quinta, I found your website.
I have been reading questions, answers, and testimonials on your website for several days now. Unfortunately, I am now more confused than ever.
This is a big investment and I want to make the right choice. I am 5'5" and weigh about 155. My husband is 6' and weighs about 225.
We currently sleep on a king size sleep number bed, which we've had for about 18 years. Can you give me some advice?

The individually pocketed coil system of the Simmons Beautyrest mattress is what makes these mattresses so comfortable.
However, they are upholstered with poly and memory foams, which do not hold up very well.
For long lasting comfort, we recommend adding a 2" Soft Talalay Latex topper to a luxury firm Beautyrest.
Together, they last a whole lot longer than the mattress alone.
Hotel rooms are filled on a rotating basis.
A mattress may see use 3 or 4 times a week. And, after a few years, they are replaced.
These same mattresses, used in a master bedroom, may last a couple of years...at most.
This is why it's important to get a Luxury Firm model and add the latex topper...which should last you a good 10 years.
For a man, your husband's size, we recommend starting with the Simmons Black Ava in Luxury Firm.
The triple strand wires used to make the coils are a lot stronger than the single wire coils used in the rest of the line.
