100% All Natural Latex Mattress Toppers?

Hi Pete, 
I'm a little confused. I'm looking to get a 100% all natural talalay latex mattress topper. 
But, when I look into Pure Talalay Bliss website, it says they use a mix of natural latex and synthetic latex. 
Is a 100% natural product available?
