Scoliosis, Arthritis, Shoulder & Hip Pain. A firm mattress with a plush top.

Hi Peter,
I am an interior designer in Dallas and need to purchase a mattress for my clients.  I wanted to get direction from you.  They both like a firm mattress with no plush top.  She is 5’6” and slim while he is 6’4” and 245 pounds.  He has back issues and she has hip issues.  They are willing to invest a good amount.  What mattress do you recommend?
Secondly, while I have your attention, I would like to purchase a mattress.  I have very slight scoliosis and arthritis which causes shoulder, neck, and hip pain.  I like a pretty firm mattress as well.  I’m thin and 5’4” and my husband is 6 feet and average build.  What would you recommend for us?
