Simmons Beautyrest plush alternative. Wolf brand Adara Mattress.

We slept on a plush Simmons Beautyrest mattress at a hotel.
I've been reading your blog and see that you strongly recommend against these mattresses, due to the fact that they don't last very long.
You're recommending a firm Beautyrest with a soft latex topper.
However, my wife won't even entertain that idea. She wants what she wants and I can't seem to reason with her about it.
If I have to replace the mattress more frequently to keep her happy, I will.
Do you have something available that will please her and be more durable?
I know I'm asking a lot, but you know the saying, "Happy wife, happy life".

We are constantly on the look out for higher quality alternatives to what is commonly offered.
The "Plush Beautyrest" have been an issue that has been difficult to get around for those who insist upon it.
Our normal recommendation of a luxury firm Beautyrest with a 2" soft latex topper has worked well for years.

Every 6 months, we go to the trade show, looking for the alternatives, I mentioned.
This last time, we found one to offer in lieu of the plush Beautyrest.
A small, very old, family run company in the Midwest has the solution....The Wolf Mattress Company. The model name is Adara.
They use the same type of coil used in the Beautyrest...not a pretend copy like the other name brands, but the very same, pre-compressed, barrel shape coils...
...just like the ones used in the Simmons Beautyrest mattress.
The coils are of similar gauge (15), compared to Simmons (15.5). This provides the greater depth of softness that created the feel that was so attractive to your wife.
The differences is what makes these a much better choice in terms of longevity.
1) The steel coils in the Wolf mattress are twice tempered. The Simmons Coils are not tempered. 
2) The upholstery used is all natural latex...where Simmons uses poly and memory foam.
These differences are huge, for long lasting comfort....without needing a latex topper.
