I have never been a fan of Spring Air...their products or their service...which is why you don't see them on my website.

Even after going to their website, the warranty they provide is unclear.

Since you bought it at Haverty's, they should be able to provide the information you're looking for.

If you have a warranty claim to make, you would register that complaint with your retailer, as the first step in the process.
