Simmons Beautyrest Mattress & Latex Topper for my teenage daughter.

Hi Ann,
The Annapolis Place is good choice for long term use.
Given her size...and projected adult weight and the next 5 years of continuous use...using a latex topper with it...with it possibly being used part time after that, I would have recommended the lesser expensive Classic Flatbrook model as all you will need.
That being said, you certainly can't go wrong with the World Class Annapolis Place.
