Hello Aaron,

The Shantel is the starting model in the Estate Collection. It uses an inch of memory foam and is the one to avoid at every choice of comfort.

Even the "luxury firm" model doesn't keep its shape for very long...because of the memory foam that's in it. Add a pillowtop to it, and your problems worsen.

I would suggest stepping up one level in the S&F line to their "Michaela" model, which has no memory foam in it.

Instead of getting the pillowtop model, get the tight top model and add a 2" Soft All-Natural Talalay Latex Foam Mattress Topper. 

This will provide long lasting comfort, unlike the poly foam in the pillowtop. Latex foam is and has been the very best upholstery material on the planet for the last 90 years.
