Start off with a reasonably firm, well made mattress and add a soft all-natural latex topper.
The latex topper will retain its comfort and shape for many years. They are sold separately.
The topper lays on top of the mattress. It's all-natural rubber and grips the surface of the mattress very well.
We use one at home. It never shifts, bunches up or needs re-positioning. You set it and forget it...as if it really was built in.
