Bed Frame? Caring for a new mattress.

Hi Lawrence,
Knickerbocker makes a good frame. I prefer the "Instamatic" model, made by Leggett & Platt...available at most mattress stores.
Today's mattresses are not as well made as those from 10 years ago that were double sided and flippable.
Back then, the recommendation, for optimum care, was once a month for the first year and once every three months thereafter.
You'll want to follow those guidelines today, at the very least.
If you have a softer pillowtop model, or if you are a heavier person, or if there is a large difference in body weight between the two people using the mattress,
it may be necessary to rotate you mattress more frequently than that.
