Stearns & Foster pillowtop mattress, Latex topper

I purchased a Stearns and Foster King Kearsley Pillowtop Mattress last January, 2012. I have been thinking about calling regarding the warranty as there is sagging on the sides and a hump in the middle.  Today, when we were at church, my dog pulled at a snag on the mattress that has resulted in a hole.  Is there anyway you think I can get the mattress replaced? Or do you have any suggestions as to what to do.  I purchased the mattress from the Bedding Experts.

The damage caused by the dog is enough to void the warranty.
I'm afraid you have little hope, at this point, of prevailing in a warranty claim.
The problem you describe is common with pillowtop mattresses. 
If buying new, get a non-pillowtop model and add 2" of soft Talalay latex. The latex topper provides superior comfort to that of the poly foam used in the pillowtop...and, won't collapse, like poly foam does. The latex topper is so resilient, it will extend the comfort life of the mattress, far beyond what the manufacturer intended.
