Hi Peter
We have a foam Queen size pillow top mattress under 10 years old.
His Chiropractor suggested switching sides to sleep on.  He finds that he is in pain whether sleeping
on his back, right side or left side.  The pain is constant.

My concern is that what he needs may take some getting used to.
