A mattress that doesn't sag using a latex topper

Bought Simmons Beautyrest Windsor Plush king. Sagged after 2 nights. Returned it. Bought Simmons Beautyrest Sondra Plush/Firm. Sagged after couple of nights. Returned it. 
Bought Stearns Graciela lux firm. Also sagging issues. Finally went to Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme. Not comfortable but will have to do. Now I need to buy 2 sets of mattresses for 2nd home, please help me, I don't want to go thru this again. I'd like plush/comfortable but do NOT want sagging. 
Are there foam-y ones that are soft? Are there coils ones with NO sag?
I am 5'6" about 142 female; husband 6'1" about 168; NO health issues; I sleep on my side generally; he sleeps on his back generally.  I'm so excited to hear from you and get some help on this decision!  Thank you, Doris

Sagging comes first from the padding. Your first two mattresses were topped with poly foam and the one you have now, memory foam. Both take sags...not usually that fast.
Latex is the only type of foam that doesn't sag easily. In fact, it lasts for years without showing a body impression.
Start with a reasonably firm mattress for good spinal support. This will also help reduce body impressions. One of my favorite choices is the Simmons Beautyrest World Class Annapolis Place in luxury firm. It provides firm contouring support that is not hard.
