A Latex Topper for our old Sealy mattress

Hi,
I am looking for a latex mattress topper.  We want to try flipping our old Sealy Reflexion mattress over and adding a 2" topper to that.  If that fails, we will probably purchase a Simmons Beautyrest World Class Annapolis Place in luxury firm and would then like to use the topper on that. Does this make sense ?  The bed size is a traditional king.  Would you suggest "soft" for the purpose I described ?

For use on the underside of a Sealy Reflexion or on the top of a Simmons Annapolis Place luxury firm, SOFT is the topper to use. Specifically, the 2" soft Talalay.
Many have followed this commons sense solution and have gotten many more years from their old foam mattresses.
It works for the underside of memory foam mattresses too, which have a firm poly foam base.
