A Latex Mattress for an Adjustable Bed

Within two months we felt too much sagging and body impressions. Prior to this, we had the Beautyrest Avondale Plush which we enjoyed for 9 years before our backs started to hurt. Adjustable beds, (with a large screen HD TV),  are a great way to transform a bedroom into your most favorite, fun and comfy hang out room in the house.
The caveat is in how the mattress for the adjustable bed will wear. When the head of the bed is cranked up, your weight shifts from being evenly distributed to one single spot on the mattress. It is here that you will see the first signs of wear. It's important to have a mattress that can handle that kind of use.
Most mattresses, today, can't even handle body weight that is evenly distributed...let alone subjecting them to use on an adjustable bed.
For my money, there is only one choice for type of mattress...and that is latex. 
There are many types and grades of latex. There are even latex hybrids, (a couple/few inches of latex on a block of poly foam). When shopping for a latex mattress, it's important that you are sure that the mattress is all latex and not a hybrid. The hybrids are often sold as "latex" with no mention of the poly foam.... definitely a buyer beware situation. You'll also want to steer clear of latex from China. Their quality control is just as lacking with latex, as it is with all the other junk we import from them. 
The best latex is all natural processed using the Talalay or Dunlop method. They cost more than regular mattresses, but well worth it. Latex has been the best you can buy for the past 90 years.
