Returned the Tempurpedic and liked the Simmons Beautyrest Hotel Mattress

My wife and I have struggled to find the "right" mattress. We've tried a Tempurpedic... too hot, so we returned it, took the hit on the "trial" fee and went with a Trump Home Mattress. 
Although it was called "firm", its decidedly squishy ... and it, too, is hot (I suspect the memory foam top).
Last week we were in Minneapolis and slept at a hotel on a Simmons Beautyrest firm pillowtop.
It was firm, comfy, cool, and we really liked it.
I've heard that mattresses used in the hotel industry are of a different quality than those used at home, that they were actually lesser quality because they're changed out more frequently.
Regardless... loved the mattress. What's the closest thing to it available for home use? Or, is it a good choice for home use? And, is it available?

Hi Jim,
Hotels do use lower grade mattresses, but they are available at retail. The individually pocketed coils in the Simmons Beautyrest, which provide firm but contouring support, are why it is so comfortable.
