To attain the soft surface feel you need for your arthritis and fibro, use a 2" soft latex topper on a mattress firm enough to support your weight.

Reviews on "plush" Beautyrests are poor...using a thin wire coil, while reviews on the firmer models are good...due to the heavier gauge coils.
