A Strong, Comfortable Two Sided Mattress for Large People

Pete,
I've been reading your blog for months and have appreciated all the information provided.  Although our situation has probably been addressed in previous posts, I wanted to provide our specifics so you could provide a recommendation.  My husband and I are both large people....he's 335 lbs, I'm 200 lbs.   He uses a C-pap machine, but is able to sleep in any position.   I am a side sleeper.   We both have had issues with shoulder and back pain as well as numbness.   We are associating this with our existing mattress which is a 6 year old king Sealy pillowtop.   We understand now that this was a poor choice.   I've noticed that you frequently recommend the Therapedic Medi-Coil Permatuft  with a latex topper.  Would this work for us?   Although we would like durability, comfort is important as well.  Our budget is flexible.  We understand that at our weight we may need to be willing to replace our mattress every 5 years or so.   Thanks for your help.
