LATEX MATTRESS, Hate my Select Comfort Air Mattress

I am getting ready to buy a mattress this weekend. We have a select comfort and I hate it. I finally after all these years convinced my wife to get rid of it. We think we should go Latex due to allergies etc... Looking at king size. what would you suggest?
