I have a couple of suggestions for you.
The lesser expensive is a comfortable 2 sided mattress. Made by Therapedic, the Cameo plush is extremely well made. Being a 2 sided mattress, you would need to flip it every 3 months.
Also, this mattress is tall...17" thick. 
The more expensive of the two is an all latex mattress. 100% Talalay latex, made by pureLatexBLISS, latex is very comfortable and extremely long lasting. It's a one sided mattress, so you do not flip it and it isn't as thick, only 10" high.
Also, it's more expensive. Here are the links to both mattresses. Of the two, I think you'll find the latex mattress to feel better at the hip.
