Mattress suggestion for a big man and elderly woman, latex‏

Just bought a new home and will need a King size bed and also mattress. Want a top luxury comfort mattress that will last a while (probably need a topper too). Bed needs to be low enough for an 89 year old to get in and out of and comfortable. Also, will be used when my brother-in-law and his wife visit - he is 270lb former NFL Player and 6'7" tall thus the need for the king size bed. Any recommendations for both the bed frame and mattress we need? The house is a Georgian and my wife likes the old world style. Suggestions please - we move in o/a 10 July so have a little time to find and order the right bed and mattress.

I have a mattress that is comfortable and thin enough for your elder and strong enough to support your big man.
