Mattress recommendation for a petite female on a budget.

I'm in the market for a new mattress. I see that you often recommend the Simmons Beautyrest World Class with a latex topper.
That all sounds pretty good to me, but I am on a budget and the total cost is more than I can afford at this time.
I'm hoping that you can make a different recommendation for me, that doesn't cost so much.
I'm 50 years old, 5'2" and weigh 130 lbs. I sleep alone and am going with a full size.
Also, I have chronic neck pain. Do you have a recommendation for a pillow that will help relieve that pain?
