A Wolf 2-sided mattress for a ninety four year old lady?

I need a mattress for a ninety four year old lady, 5'2"  weighs 138#.
She has arthritis and sleeps poorly on a mattress that is too soft. 
She wants firmer, but not too firm.
Her very old Simmons Beautyrest 100% urethane 2-sided mattress was always comfortable. 
She replaced it with the present too soft Lebeda Savannah.

Is the firm model too firm? Is the plush model too soft?

The Wolf Two Sided Brolynn Mattress in Plush will have exactly the feel she's after.
The coils are quite firm, using heavy gauge double tempered steel.
The Plush model is more comfortable than the Firm model, and in no way, too soft.
