Does the Sealy Posturepedic Monogram 800 Mattress still exist?

I'm looking for the Sealy mattress for a client.

Does the Sealy Posturepedic Monogram 800 Mattress still exist? If not, is there a comparable model?  

I understand this was specifically manufactured for commercial use. 

I would need to purchase 3 mattresses, for now, but working with a developer on furnished apartments and I would love to include this mattress in our presentation.  

If you could let me know where I could find this to purchase that would be great.

These mattresses are not available at any retail store.
