A King Mattress Under $1000 for Sciatica and Low Back Pain.

I am a side-sleeper and an occasional back-sleeper.  
I am 5'5" and weigh 190 pounds. I have sciatic and low back pain. 
I sleep pretty warm and turn over all night. 
I can only afford a king size mattress that is around $1000. 
Do you have any bed recommendations that would work well for me?

I have 2 two sided mattress that are well made.
Each uses an individually pocketed coil unit, made of tempered steel for durability.
The coils move independently, contouring to the body and maintaining the spine’s natural alignment. 
THIS is what will relieve your back pain.

What’s more, the upholstery is natural plant based polyurethane.
There is no memory foam in either mattress.

The Brolynn Plush, isn’t all that plush, as plush beds go.
The Duo Comfort is Firm on one side and Plush on the other.
If you like a medium feel, go with the Brolynn.
If you prefer a softer feel, go with the Duo Comfort and use the plush side.

I like the softer feel so the Duo Comfort would probably be the right one. 
Would you recommend using the latex topper on it also? Would it help more?

Hi Michelle,
A good quality, US made plush latex topper adds lots of comfort...and does so long term.
Latex made in China is cheaper and loses its comfort quickly.
You must be careful when buying latex. Many of the online retailers sell Latex Toppers made in China.

However, the plush side of the Duo Comfort may be all you need.
I’d recommend waiting until the mattress arrives before adding a latex topper.
