Back Pain from a Sagging Tempurpedic Celebrity Memory Foam Mattress.

We've have been sleeping on a Celebrity Tempurpedic mattress for a number of years. 
We liked it for a few years, but now it sags and is causing us back pain. 
I don't want any memory foam or polyurethane foam this time.
I was wondering about buying a mattress that is 100% natural latex.
