We are an online retailer.
None of the manufacturers accept returns for anything but a defect.
Retailers that offer comfort exchanges can’t return the merchandise for credit.
In most cases, returned merchandise is returned to stock and resold, despite the illegality of doing so. (There’s no one policing this industry).
When dealing with a retail that offers comfort exchanges, you can easily end up with something that someone else had used and returned.

Despite all the hype and sales pitches to the contrary, memory foam is the worst thing you can buy for anyone.
For people with any sort of back problem, memory foam will aggravate that problem.

ALSO IMPORTANT:
I suggest using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
Keeping your mattress clean and dry will greatly extend the life and loft of the upholstery materials inside. Ours sleep cool and make NO Noise.
