Jamison Mattress Warranty Question.

I don't know the answer to your question. But, you should be able to find out through the Jamison website, shown here: http://www.jamisonbedding.com/
I would like to point out that the problem you described is often a result of the retailer storing the mattress on its edge when stocking...and not considered a defect.
That is to say, you should be calling your retailer for a replacement, since the fault, most likely, belongs there.
