A Mattress Best Suited for My Needs...Simmons Beautyrest & Latex Topper.

Hi Peter,
I'm needing further advice on how to move forward for a mattress that is best suited for my needs. 
The current mattress, albeit new, isn't quite working out. 
The foam topper (95 IFB/ILD?) isn't supportive enough and it seems that a dip has developed in the mattress after only a few weeks of being on it. 
With that said, what do you recommend?
