The Therapedic Keepsake Cameo in Plush, the two-sided mattress you asked about, uses old fashioned ingredients and has NO memory foam.
The mattress is 15" thick with a foam encased edge for good seating.
The low profile boxspring is 5.5" high and a standard bed frame is 7" high.
That would make the total height around 27.5"
