Two-Sided Firm Mattress, like my 12 year old Stearns & Foster.

Long story short. Our family has purchased S&F mattresses for years. Until now. Ours is about 12 years old and needs to be replaced. We are not crazy about the current line, to say the least. We are interested in a plain, old fashioned firm double sided mattress with (I believe) a topper. Looking to spend +- $2000.

I have two sided mattresses that use the same coil unit that had been in the Stearns & Foster line from the 1920s until a several years ago.
