I have several questions:
1. I saw Simmons Beautyrest Tyson's Corner has five models, which are Luxury Firm PillowTop, Plush PillowTop, Extra Firm, Luxury Firm and Plush. Could you please order it from softest to hardest? I'm 65kg weight and my wife is 55kg weight. We want to buy a Queen size mattress only. Which one of these models do you suggest? We like soft with supportive feeling.
2. Actually we want a mattress with the price lower than $700. But it looks like there is no good choice. So we broadened the range a little. Do you have any other mattress to advise?
3. Can I exchange the mattress?
4. How about the warranty.

The lesser expensive Lumberton has a bit of a stiffer surface feel than the Flatbrook, which feels quite nice.
The plush models use a much thinner gauge wire coil, which creates a greater depth of softness and almost always ends with a warranty complaint.
Normally, it takes two weeks for delivery, although Simmons is running a bit slow at the moment...but catching up.

Having the ability to exchange, also means that you could end up with something that someone else had sent back, as stores cannot return mattresses to the factory for this reason. Most are returned to stock and sold as new to the next customer.
