Too Firm Sealy Posturepedic Mattress Needs an EverEden Soft Latex Topper.

Hi Pete,
I have a seven year old Sealy Posturepedic Mattress, which is too firm, causing my hips hurt every morning. I am a side sleeper.
I was thinking of buying a Memory foam Mattress by Serta .
I am confused as reviewers state they are very firm.
I am very small boned and weight about 123. Just not sure what to by.
This is harder than buying a car.
Can you recommend a mattress.
Thank you Alice

Hi Alice,
You don't need a new mattress. You only need to make the mattress you have, comfortable.
And, I can guarantee that the Serta mattress you're considering won't do that...not for very long...if at all.
A human body requires two things to sleep well...firm support for your skeletal system...which your current mattress already provides....
...and, a soft sleeping surface that relaxes the muscles, and relieves pressure points, (like at the hip), and eases blood flow...for a deep night's sleep.
The later, you can achieve by simply adding a soft Latex topper to your mattress.
For your particular needs, I recommend the EverEden 3" Soft Talalay Latex Topper...which will provide all the comfort you want and last for many years.

Talalay Latex toppers are normally purchased as “Soft” for the purpose of softening a too firm mattress. However, both, the Vytex Dunlop & Talalay Latex Mattress ...
