It's not like there are a lot of options for that size. Very few manufacturers will make it.
The only one I can get for you is by Ever-Eden...an all natural, all latex mattress, which is wonderful thing to grow up on...great support and comfort and will never need replacing.
In fact, I have this mattress for our grandson.
As for him, I suggest the 6" model for yours

a 3/4 size bed was 48" x 75". It would be prudent to take a measurement for the exact size you would like.
